Islamic Studies Past Papers

Islamic Studies is a compulsory paper of the CSS written examination, and FPSC titles it Islamiat in the older papers in this set. The paper carries 100 marks in two parts. Part-I holds 20 MCQs. Part-II holds 80 descriptive marks, and this cluster publishes Part-II. The paper ran under the title Islamiat until 2015. Candidates attempted five questions from Part-II, and each question carried 16 marks. FPSC retitled the paper Islamic Studies in 2016 and tightened the choice. Candidates now attempt four questions, and each carries 20 marks. Part-II draws on the whole syllabus. Questions test the Quran and Sunnah, the Sirah and Islamic history, Islamic civilization, and the problems of the Muslim world today. Papers return often to human rights, women’s rights, Jihad, Zakat, the political system, and Islam’s engagement with the West. This page collects fourteen papers, from 2011 to 2025. The set holds no paper for 2022, and it starts at 2011. Each year page maps the questions that year actually set and links the original paper as a PDF. Attempt the questions under a timer, exactly as the paper orders. Then check the frequency analysis on the syllabus page. The analysis shows which topics FPSC repeats, and it tells you where practice earns marks.
